Cava made using the traditional method, with the Macabeo, Xarello and Parellada grape varieties, has a straw yellow color with bright greenish tones, abundant, fine, persistent and integrated bubbles form a beautiful crown. Aromas are of green fruits (apple, pear), subtle notes of tropical fruits (banana, pineapple), backgrounds of citrus and fresh herbs, fresh palate, broad in flavors, light, clean and elegant. Fermentation carried out in bottles for 18 to 24 months.
