Gewürztraminer is a variety generally associated with cold regions, but Rutini shows its full quality potential by making a wine that highlights exuberant floral and fruity aromas, while at the same time being able to accompany equally perfumed dishes or with touches of spice.

Ripening: 4 months in first-use French oak barrels.

Aromas: floral and fruity with small notes of spice.

Palate: balanced, with good acidity.

Harmonization: Ideal to accompany appetizers, all types of seafood, salads with mild sauces and cheeses.
